    I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights after a busy trip through japan, and it was a welcome change. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from tokyo station. The spacious room and polite staff exceeded my expectations.

    The hotel is luxury and exceptionally clean, the staff are exceptionally helpful, location is magnificent to the actual train station. Offers excellent service and good food. Also, it has free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The in-house restaurant for every day food is what you need.

    New-fashioned and compact rooms with a personal safe, air conditioning and an electronic key card, fabulous views. Free of charge and great breakfast, a huge variety of options available. Location really close to restaurants and shopping. Also, to the NEX train for the airport. The hotel of choice in Tokyo.

    The spacious moderate double room was a good surprise. Clean facilities and a friendly staff. The location was directly connected to the station, very convenient for exploring. I would definitely return 😊

    The location in marunouchi is fantastic-there's a direct underground passage from the Marunouchi North exit of the station. My small double room on the 17th floor was surprisingly spacious and had a nice view of the railway tracks, yet it was very quiet due to the double-glazed windows. I really enjoyed the fitness center too!

    This is what stood out

    The location couldn't be better, right by Tokyo Station. This convenience made our travels seamless. Our room was very well presented and the staff were friendly. A must for anyone looking for luxury and accessibility in the heart of the city!

    Perfect stay for families!

    The view from my room was something else, directly overlooking the busy scene of Tokyo Station, especially nice at night when the lights of the trains gleamed. The staff were kind, helping us with our baggage and giving us great tips for local dining options!

    It's no low-budget deal,, but considering the location and amenities, the price is still acceptable.

    The hotel staff were really good! They were friendly and knew all the answers without needing to check. Our room was super clean, and I loved the fresh newspaper each morning. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed jogging around the nearby imperial palace with the kids.

    My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.
